I believe this has been the hardest image I’ve ever had to do. You see, Dawson is my grandson and he is only 5 and if I don’t get his approval, I dare say I may forever damage the kids ego and become the worst grandma ever. You talk about pressure! Anyways, after days and days of changes, I’m pretty much done. His eyes will have to stay a little bigger than normal since all things are not quite as they are in the fairy world. I’ll let you know if I get his OK or not.
Fielder is teaching Dawson how to shoot his sling shot. It takes a lot of rocks and a lot of practice.
I really liked how the smudge tool is working on the skin. Only I can see I’ll have to go back over it with a little bit of the grain filter to tone down the smudginess just a little bit. I’ll leave the highlights and deep shadows for last. Then add the grain.
This week I’ll be working on Fielder, our little Elf.
Put that imagination to work!
